When Britney Spears Twittered about her lady parts having "razor sharp teeth" back in January -- it was obvious (to most) she'd fallen victim to a Twitter-hack ... so her alleged death this weekend wasn't exactly a doozy.
Spears' people confirmed that her Twitpic account had been hacked again Saturday, when someone Twittered on her page: "Britney has passed today. It is a sad day for everyone. More news to come."
Brit's peeps have confirmed that she's just fine, y'all!

Britney Spears -- who once placed second on "Star Search" -- just issued a sweet statement about Ed McMahon, saying "He is responsible for giving so many artists their first shot including myself."
Here's the ironic part. The insanity surrounding one Britney Spears may have contributed to the foreclosure of Ed's house.
Britney used to live around the corner from Ed in Bev Hills. Ed's house sat like a white elephant for several years, partly because of the mold problem but partly -- according to his realtor -- because of the paparazzi frenzy at Britney's pad. The realtor told us buyers were being scared away.
Eventually Ed's house went into foreclosure.
Britney called Ed "a wonderful man who will be greatly missed."

The woman who allegedly donned military fatigues and snooped around Britney Spears' home has just pled not guilty to charges of trespassing and peeping or prowling.
26-year-old Miranda Tozier-Robbins was allegedly caught peeping through the windows of Britney's Calabasas home back in April, and had to be physically removed from the property.
The judge in an L.A. court today remained confident a deal could be worked out between Tozier-Robbins and the D.A., but a pretrial date was still set for July 17.

Babysitter-of-the-year Kevin Federline blew some of the $30K Britney's paying him to watch the kids this month on a quality dinner in London last night -- at the local Hard Rock Cafe. 
Federline rolled into the joint with the bodyguard seen in the photo -- plus his GF and a personal nanny to help with little Sean Preston and Jayden James.
It's great to see K-Fed finally holding down a job.

Since security guards and giant fences haven't done the trick, Britney Spears has gotten a temporary restraining order against the woman who was popped peeping around her home.
Miranda Tozier-Robbins was ordered by a judge today to stay 100 yards away from Brit and her home, according to E!. She will also be arraigned next week on two misdemeanor charges.
Toxier-Robbins was busted back on April 16 for sneaking into Britney's private Calabasas community and peering into the windows of her home.

"Point and you shall receive." It's every kid's toy store fantasy -- and we're told it came true for Jayden James and Sean Preston yesterday in London.
Sources say Britney Spears' shopping spree at Hamleys toy shop only lasted a few minutes -- but she spent almost $1,000 because, as one source put it, "If the kids pointed at something, it went in the cart."
We're told some of the items Brit bought the boys were stuffed animals made by Steiff -- one of the most expensive brands around -- including a bear, a dolphin and a pony.
The boys' score when it was all said and done: eight bags full of goodies. A little lip-syncing goes a long way.

We've learned Britney Spears and K-Fed have reached a new agreement on custody -- and now Brit has the kids more than 50% of the time -- at least during her concert tour.
Lawyers for Brit and Kevin Federline have filed docs with the family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, stating they have reached a new temporary custody arrangement. During June, July and August, Britney will have physical custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston more than 50% of the time. The lawyers submitted a calendar outlining who gets the kids on which day.
Contrary to some reports, we know that before the change Britney had the kids 50% of the time.
The 50/50 split will go back into effect once Britney's tour is over.

Britney Spears took a break between concerts to walk around Hyde Park in London with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, and her boyfriend/agent Jason Trawick.
Now that he's met the kids, the next step is to meet her father ... and his lawyers.

Most people hate their agents ... but not Britney Spears. It's official ... she's dating him.
William Morris agent Jason Trawick (seen above with Brit last month) is officially Brit's boyfriend -- multiple sources confirm to us. It's 100% true.
We're told Jason has been visiting Brit on tour -- most recently in London over the weekend. Jason has been telling people when the tour is over he's taking his sweetie on a vacation in a "private location."
Better check with daddy and his lawyers first!

She's been working since she was 11 -- and a mother since she was 17 -- so it's actually refreshing to see Jamie Lynn Spears enjoying herself just like any other 18-year-old unwed mother.
The younger Spears girl partied the weekend before last -- with baby daddy Casey Aldridge -- at a club called The Buzz in Hammond, La.
It's an 18 & over club and, amazingly, the VIP manager there told us he didn't even know Jamie Lynn was ever there.
